WedSync– Terms and Conditions

1.Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the WedSync platform (website and app). Our aim is to make wedding preparations easy and convenient. By using WedSync you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use our services.

Terms of Service:- Booking and Payment

  • Booking on WedSync can be done both online and through cash.
  • The customer has to pay 30% booking amount in advance.
  • For some services 30% advance payment is mandatory, and the remaining 70% will be released after the service is completed.
  • WedSync acts as an Escrow Service, so that the interests of both the customer and the seller are protected.
  • If a service seller does not fulfill his responsibility, the customer can get the money back under the refund policy.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy By Costomer
  • If customer cancels the booking 15 days before the event, 100% refund will be given.
  • If booking is cancelled 7 days before, 50% refund will be given.
  • If booking is cancelled less than 7 days, no refund will be given.
  1. Cancelation By Venders
  • If a vendor refuses to provide service at the last minute, the customer will receive a 100% refund and the vendor may incur a penalty.
  • If for any reason the vendor is unavailable, WedSync will provide the customer with an alternative or issue a full refund.
  1. Responsibilities of Vendors
  • All sellers are obliged to provide quality and timely service.
  • Sellers must go through WedSync’s verification process before providing service.
  • If a seller cheats a customer or provides poor service, he/she may be prosecuted and removed from the platform.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • WedSync keeps users’ personal information secure and does not share it with any third party without consent.
  • All transactions are done through secure payment gateways.
  • Any data on WedSync is the property of the company and cannot be copied or republished without permission.
  1. User Responsibilities
  • The customer must provide correct and complete information.
  • WedSync cannot be used for any illegal activity.
  • Abusing another user or seller may result in account blocking.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved by the Customer Support team.
  • If no resolution is reached, the matter will be dealt with through legal process under Indian laws.
  1. Company Responsibility
  • WedSync is just a platform that connects the customer and the seller.
  • The responsibility for the quality of service and timely delivery lies directly with the seller.
  • If a service is not completed, WedSync will handle the refund and resolution process.
  1. (Account Termination)
  • WedSync may terminate the account of any User without prior notice if:
  • He has violated the terms of the Platform.
  • He has committed any type of fraud.
  • He has tried to harm Customers or Vendors.
  1. User Protection

Secure Payments:- All transactions are done through end-to-end encryption. > The customer gets a 100% secure payment experience.> After making the payment, the money is not transferred to the seller immediately, rather 30% advance goes to the seller and 70% is kept in secure escrow, which will be released only after the customer is satisfied.
